Adult Running Sessions

The secret to running is simple: we start small and together we build up distance and speed slowly. Just like clothes, one-size-fits-all coaching programs are a poor fit for most of us. They don’t adjust when life gets in the way of your running. I do.

We’ll work together to start at a place suitable for you. We’ll tailor your program so it fits around your lifestyle. We’ll adjust your program where and when we need to, so you’re never struggling to keep up.

Whatever your running goal is – whether it’s to run parkrun non-stop, to run your fastest 10k or to complete your first marathon – we’ll work together to achieve it.

This is YOUR journey – but we’ll travel it together.

1 casual session: $8 per session

5 running sessions: $25 (valid for 3 months)

10 running sessions: $50 (valid for 3 months)

Unlimited running: $15/week (contract only)

Mums n Bubs Pram Group – 10 week workshop

  • $179 upfront
  •  Includes membership with Just Run With It (JRWI)
  • 45min “Pelvic Floor for Runners” workshop with Women’s Physio Mischa Bongers
  • Learn correct technique for running with a Pram 
  • Run/walk training program for those new to running
  • Small group sessions with coffee/chat afterwards

Kids Sessions

At Just Run With It, there are two running clubs for kids on offer, which cater to different needs and goals. Led by a qualified Level 2 Athletics Australia running coach, these kids running groups have different purposes but have running technique and enjoyment at their core

Pocket Rockets

The Pocket Rockets running group is a games-based and non-competitive running group suitable for children aged 8 to 15.

As a kids running coach, I incorporate correct running techniques through games and challenges, rather than repetitive running drills. We also work on building agility and strong joints, as running underpins many other sports such as netball, football and soccer.

This kids’ running group is all about running for enjoyment, and your child doesn’t have to be ‘a runner’ to participate and enjoy it.

Junior Development Squad

This group is a running group for kids who wish to go further in their running, and be competitive at a district, regional or state level.

This group is restricted to children 10 years and older.

These structured training sessions are designed and led by a qualified running coach, for kids who have chosen distance running and cross country as their sport.

Together we will focus on pacing, race strategy, correct form and breathing techniques, and specific drills to develop teamwork and pace differentiation.

Strength Training

Small group face to face or via remote training (using Zoom), strength sessions are designed to compliment your running as well as fit into your family and lifestyle commitments.

For those who either are unable to make it to the group sessions or looking for someone to keep them accountable. I will work closely with you to achieve your goals.
